Red Eagle Consulting's REAPP^TM software solution is designed to integrate with your existing ERP, Accounting, and ECM systems and allows you to create a Check 21, or ICL file, for deposit to your bank. With REAPP^TM you can process check and remittance images, post the payment to your line of business system, and create the Check 21 bank deposit in a single, stream-lined process. If your AR process currently requires you to receive payments in your AR System and then separately scan checks or transport paper checks to the bank, the REAPP system will provide you with an opportunity for faster, more efficient processing of payments. How does the process work?
REAPP DiscoverTM	The REAPP DiscoverTM server runs as a Windows service and extracts key data from imported images. DiscoverTM uses industry-leading technology to automatically read information such as the MICR, courtesy amount, legal amount, and date from your check images.
REAPP ApplyTM	ApplyTM displays the check and remittance images, as well as a data view of open invoices from your accounting system. An operator can apply the payment to open invoices with a simple click of the mouse.
REAPP ReconcileTM	ReconcileTM allows a manager to review the deposit and posting information and reconcile it to the control before committing the deposit and posting.
REAPP ExportTM	ExportTM generates the ICL file for transmittal to your bank in order to complete the deposit. There's no need to transport the paper checks or rescan the checks with a special scanner. Add other exports to post to ERP, line of business, ECM, and accounting systems.
